RETURN POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: At Phat Panda, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. This guarantee is subject to the eligibility requirements and category-specific rules outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be: unopened and in their original sealed packaging, in the same condition as when received, accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number), and returned with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our team. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Category-Specific Return Rules: Due to the nature of our products and applicable health, safety, and agricultural regulations, return eligibility varies by product category. Flower, Pre-Rolls, and Concentrates are returnable within 30 days if sealed and unopened in original packaging. Vape Cartridges and All-in-One Pens are returnable within 30 days if sealed and unopened in original packaging. Edibles (gummies, chocolate bites, caramel bites, fruit chews, candy) are non-returnable once shipped due to federal and state health and safety regulations governing consumable products. Beverages (infused shots and drinks) are non-returnable once shipped due to health and safety regulations and perishable nature. Seeds (feminized and auto) are non-returnable once shipped due to agricultural regulations and the inability to verify seed integrity after shipment. Clones and Live Plants are non-returnable due to their perishable nature — we cannot guarantee the condition of live plant material after it leaves our facility.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective (incorrect potency, broken seal, manufacturing defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging. For confirmed damaged or defective products, we will offer a full replacement shipped at no additional cost to you, or a full refund including any original shipping charges. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Phat Panda.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item to you at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Alternatively, you may request a full refund.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@phatpanda.com. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchange Policy: We are happy to offer exchanges for products of equal value, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact us at returns@phatpanda.com with your order number and the item you would like in exchange. If the desired item is a different price, we will process the exchange as a return and new order.

Return Shipping: For standard returns (change of mind, dissatisfaction with unopened product), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

No Restocking Fees: Phat Panda does not charge restocking fees on any eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, email returns@phatpanda.com with: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos (required for damaged or defective claims). Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Please do not ship any items back to us without first receiving a Return Authorization.
